Youth killed, two others injured in Garhwa motorcycle accident

Garhwa: A youth was killed, and two others sustained critical injuries on Wednesday after the motorcycle they were riding skidded off the road and hit a roadside tree at Bana village under Meral police station limits of Garhwa district. The deceased was identified as Vikas Kumar Chaudhary, 18, a resident of Bana village, police said.The injured, Kudur Chaudhary and Somaro Chaudhary, were rushed to Garhwa Sadar Hospital, from where doctors referred them to Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences in Ranchi for better treatment. Vishnu Kant, the officer in charge of Meral police station, said, “None of the three were wearing helmets. The body of the deceased was sent to the sadar hospital for postmortem examination.”
